Once PCOS is diagnosed, your doctor would recommend medication based on your symptoms and other medical conditions.

Physical activity, exercise, and healthy weight are vital to manage PCOS. You need to check your body weight as being overweight or obesity increases the risk of infertility and other above mentioned diseases. Healthy weight loss through proper diet would help to reduce insulin and male sex hormones levels in the body. It will also help to regulate your ovulation cycle.
